I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a nice view of the fjord and Balestrand, but they were just okay and a bit warm in the summer. The service was a bit rude and arrogant at times, but the staff were extremely helpful with day trips and activities. The location was excellent, close to everything in Balestrand and offered stunning views. The dining was decent but lacked quality compared to other hotel breakfasts in Scandinavia. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
